Shipping and delivery

We process most orders within 1 business day, Monday through Friday.
Small and medium-sized items usually arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Oversized products such as gazebos, pergolas, riding mowers, and generators may take 3–7 business days because they ship by freight carrier.

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
No. At this time, we ship only within the United States.
Orders placed before 11:00 PM CST on business days are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off or on non-business days are processed on the next business day.
Yes. Oversized products may ship through a freight carrier instead of a standard parcel service.
Freight deliveries typically take 3–7 business days, and the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery window before arrival.
No. We currently support one shipping address per order. If you need delivery to more than one destination, please place separate orders.
Orders and payments

Once your order ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update tracking activity.

All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment providers.
No. Orders must be paid in full at checkout.
You may request a cancellation or order change shortly after placing your order. The faster you contact us, the better the chance we can update it before shipping.

If the order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. If it has already shipped, we may need to wait for the package to be returned before arranging reshipment.
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, our team will contact you to arrange redelivery or discuss a refund.
Yes. Our checkout is protected with SSL encryption, and payments are handled through PCI-compliant payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.
Returns and refunds

We accept returns of both defective and non-defective items within 90 days of delivery.

- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.
- For approved change-of-mind returns, we also provide a prepaid return label.
- We do not charge restocking fees.
After your return is received and inspected, refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.
Eligible refunds include the original order amount, and we do not charge restocking fees.

Warranty and product support
Yes. Products sold on villapod.com may include the original manufacturer’s warranty when applicable.
Warranty terms vary by brand and product, so the product page is the best place to check the exact coverage.

Coverage varies by manufacturer, but it may include defects in materials, defective parts, or mechanical and electrical failures under normal residential use.
Warranties generally do not cover misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, cosmetic damage after delivery, or normal wear and tear.

We will review the claim and coordinate with the manufacturer when needed.
We do not directly sell replacement parts in all cases. If your item is covered under warranty, the manufacturer may ship parts directly to you.

We do not currently offer assembly services. Most products include assembly instructions, and our support team can help with general product questions.
